There are lots of ways to join and to get involved with your LGBT Soc

• Freshers Week

Sign up to the mailing list and join the society at the Freshers Bazaar for a reduced fee of £3 (you’ll need your student number) and meet our current executive members, grab a load of free goodies and literature whilst you’re there!

• Through QOL

Click “Club Membership” and go from there

• Meetings

Come to any of our meetings (dates of which can be found on the What’s On page) and join for £4 (£10 for non students).

• Buddy Scheme

If you’re a little anxious about turning up to and/or would like to make a friend before your first meeting you can request a buddy meeting. This lets you meet two members of our Executive at a time that suits you in a relaxed setting like one of the bars/coffee shops in the SU. Just email lgbt@qub.ac.uk to request or for more details.

• All year round

We are always open to new members, not just at Fresher’s Week! You can turn up to any of our meetings or events and to make this easier, why not request a buddy meeting to help you ease into the society.
